Q. What is your return, exchange or credit Policy?
A. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We guarantee everything you buy from Blue Gem Sunglasses Inc (DBA. Blue Planet Eyewear & Design Line Readers to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If an items are damaged upon arrival due to shipping or manufacture defects please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order so we may replace, exchange or refund those particular items.

If you have a problem with your order and need to make a return, please email us at email@example.com or call customer service at 800.543.9802 to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns will only be accepted with the RA number clearly marked.
- Pack the item(s) in a sturdy carton (original carton, if possible) and seal with strong tape. Blue Gem Sunglasses Inc. is not responsible for any merchandise returned in a non-padded envelope or inadequate packaging.

- For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured we highly recommend a tracking #. We are not responsible for lost package.
- If you require a replacement before the return is received, please call customer service at 800.543.9802. Your replacement and your return may cross in the mail.
We charge a 10% restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused or unclaimed merchandise, or merchandise returned after the 14-day warranty period. Special orders and custom-made items are not returnable.
Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. We guarantee everything you buy from Blue Gem Sunglasses Inc to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it within 14 days and we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied.
Q. How do you ship? How long until I receive my order?
A. Are primary shipping service is UPS Ground. However we also use USPS, FedEx and DHL. Our goal is to get orders shipped within 48-72 hours. You will receive a notification email with tracking info when your order has shipped. Also you can go to the “Track Order” page on our website at any time to check the status of your package.
The freight rates quoted are only an estimate, based upon the products ordered. Actual freight charges will be billed at the time of shipment
- Your shipping rate is based on order weight, zone and the speed of delivery you have chosen.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for items such as fixtures or oversized boxes.
UPS is our preferred international shipper. You may choose a specific carrier, but the rates may not be the most economical. You will be contacted by a customer service representative with your international shipping rate.
All Other Shipments
Truck freight, air freight, international air and ocean freight fees are based on weight and are billed at exact shipping cost. Truck freight pricing varies - please call for an estimate. Additional fees may be charged for handling oversized items. For orders placed on the web that require truck freight, an agent will contact you with a cost estimate. Orders placed online and requiring truck freight will be placed on hold. You will then be contacted by a Blue Gem customer service representative to finalize your order. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

A. Yes, we do! UPS is our preferred international shipper. You may choose a specific carrier, but the rates may not be the most economical. You will be contacted by a customer service representative with your international shipping rate.

Q. Do you list/provide suggested retail pricing on your eyewear?
A. Yes, we can add UPC/ Pricing and bar codes to any of our glasses for a small fee.
Q. How is the quality of the sunglasses and reading glasses you sell?
A. We offer high quality eyewear. We have implemented a system of multiple quality control inspections to ensure that the final product meets all of our expectations and requirements. Quality does vary based on the product however, as different styles are made of different materials, have different mechanisms, and different manufacturers. We bring in products of all price points to accommodate all of our customers.
Q. Do you do special or custom orders?
A. Yes! We can do anything from having your company’s name or logo laser engraved on the frames or printed on the frame creating an entirely new unique sunglass or reading glass model to custom specifications.
Q. Do I need any sort of license or permit to buy from Blue Gem Sunglasses Inc.?
A. California businesses/residents must provide a resale number if they intend to resell our eyewear. California businesses, as well as Non-Profit Organizations, will need to provide a Tax ID number.
Q. What kind of protection does your eyewear provide?
A. All of our sunglasses have Maximum UV Protection and come with UV stickers. Select styles are polarized and will come with polarized stickers or hang tags. Our readers feature high quality lenses. Select reader styles also have anti-reflective lenses.
